All sales are final. LoomGram operates on a strict no-refund policy. Due to the nature of our AI video generation service and the immediate delivery of digital credits, we do not provide refunds for:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees
- Additional credits purchased
- Used or unused video generation credits
- Partial month subscriptions
- Service cancellations
- Account terminations
2. Why No Refunds?
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- AI video generation is processed immediately upon request
- Credits provide instant access to computational resources
- Digital services are delivered in real-time
- Our costs are incurred immediately when videos are generated
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:
- You can cancel at any time without being charged
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier
- No refund is necessary as no payment is processed during trial
4. Credit System
Our credit-based system works as follows:
- Credits are consumed when AI videos are successfully generated
- Failed video generations do not consume credits
- Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle (no rollover)
- Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded
5. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
- Access continues until your current billing period ends
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation
6. Billing Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Access to all content and data will be restricted
- We may pursue collection of the disputed amount plus fees
